Terms of Service
Last updated · 2026-06-02
These terms govern your access to and use of Brassens, operated by CORREZIANLABS (SAS (société par actions simplifiée)). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
01 // The Service
Brassens provides voice recording and AI-powered transcription tools. We may add, change, or remove features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
02 // Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Authentication is handled by our provider, WorkOS. You are responsible for activity under your account.
03 // Your Content
You retain ownership of the recordings and transcripts you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service, including transmitting recordings to AI transcription providers. You are responsible for having the rights to record and transcribe any content, and for obtaining consent from others where required by law.
04 // Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to: violate the law or the rights of others; record or transcribe individuals without lawful basis or required consent; upload malware or disrupt the service; reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service.
05 // Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe under the terms shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
06 // Deletion and Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, a 30-day grace period applies (account disabled and recoverable on request); afterwards the account and associated content are permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or to protect the service.
07 // Third-Party Services
The service relies on third parties including WorkOS (authentication), Stripe (payments), Supabase (storage), and AI transcription providers. Your use is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable.
08 // Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Transcripts are generated automatically and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.
09 // Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brassens will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the service.
10 // Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to applicable consumer-protection rules.
11 // Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service and the date above will be revised. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12 // Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.
